
I am in no ways, a master at fondant. I can cover a cake cleanly, and make some regular types of things… So I enlisted in a 4 class course. We’re using a dummy cake and adding to it every week, so it is really a cake wreck in the making. Anyway. I learned to make lace points this week. Super fancy :) The posts are messy because I piped over them and that made them too heavy and the icing fell. The ruffles on the bottom are a hot mess but I’m pretty much set on making a 6” cake and covering the whole thing in them.. The more ruffles the better i’m pretty sure.
